Come Together – mobile mood lighting for a cozy ambience

A battery lamp that resembles a noble glass carafe and thus also functions as a stylish decorative element – this is Come Together by Artemide. The portable table lamp is characterized by its transparent methacrylate body with grooves in the surface, which provides a pleasant grip.

The warm white light from the LEDs located in the internal reflector shines upwards, where it is cast downwards and to the sides by the curved reflector disc. The result is glare-free, diffused light that is distributed even more evenly by the grooved surface. As a result, you'll enjoy atmospheric lighting that looks even cozier when you dim the light.

Whether on the couch or dining table, the sideboard or on the windowsill: with the compact battery lamp, you create an atmospheric ambience – even in the fresh air. Take Come Together with you into the garden or to the picnic at the lake. Here you should protect the lamp from rain.

The Come Together LED is available in different versions, each with a different colored interior reflector. Its battery can be conveniently charged via a USB-C port.

Carlotta de Bevilacqua – a visionary with innovative ideas and sustainable design approaches

Carlotta de Bevilacqua is one of the most important representatives of modern design. The designer, architect and entrepreneur grew up in Milan, where she studied architecture at the Polytechnic. Shortly after graduating in 1983, she met Ernesto Gismondi, founder of Artemide, whom she later married. Today she is president and CEO of Artemide and president of Danese Milano.

Carlotta de Bevilacqua studies light with all its facets. She has a preference for photonics, which she believes will redefine the role and possibilities of light in the future. For the designer, light means, above all, well-being. She sees people at the center of luminaire design, which is why she and her team developed Artemide's philosophy of "The Human Light".

Environmental friendliness is an important concern for Artemide's CEO. That is why she always strives for sustainability in her designs. She was instrumental in the development of a new generation of Artemide LED luminaires.

Since 2001, Carlotta de Bevilacqua has been teaching at the Faculty of Design at Milan Polytechnic. She is also a guest lecturer at various Italian and international academic institutions. In 2020, the designer was selected by Forbes as one of the 100 most successful women in Italy.

Carlotta de Bevilacqua has designed several lamps for Artemide itself, including Copernico, Empatia and Silent Field. Copernico is an extraordinary pendant luminaire consisting of a total of nine concentric ellipses that can be rotated independently of each other. This impressive work of light art won the Red Dot Award.

, Carlotta de Bevilacqua has created pendant, wall/ceiling lamps and table lamps in a simple, refined design: Through the transparent diffuser of double-layer hand-blown glass, the light diffuses gently and almost glare-free in all directions.

In turn, the pendant luminaire Silent Field is distinguished by its sound-absorbing properties. The large, futuristic-looking luminaire combines direct zone light with indirect room light.
