Design

The Artemide Demetra Professional Tavolo was specifically designed for the high requirements at the workplace. For this purpose, the table lamp was equipped with a powerful LED module. It is located in a flat and round light head that is attached to a two-part jointed arm. Thanks to a rope pull system, the Demetra Professional is kept in the selected position. Moreover, the shape of its arms slightly reminds us of the Artemide classic Tolomeo Tavolo. However, this table lamp offers even more in terms of functionality and purism and impresses by its reduced design language. And this is not without reason as Naoto Fukasawa is well known for his purist designs.

The Artemide Demetra Professional Tavolo emits bright zone lighting directly downwards. Moreover, the table lamp may be adjusted flexibly and in a needs-oriented manner so that you may always illuminate the required area of the table. Thanks to its high light intensity of 960 lumens, the Demetra Professional turns out to be an excellent lighting solution particularly for the workplace. The table lamp from Artemide also convinces in terms of the power requirements. It only requires 12 watts. For comparison: a conventional 75 W incandescent lamp produces less light. For a convenient control of the brightness, the Demetra Professional is additionally provided with an integrated dimmer on the light head.
