The Empatia Parete/Soffitto LED from Artemide impresses by its elegant lampshade that was manufactured by hand by masters of the Venetian glassblowing workshop. This means that each of these ceiling lights is one of a kind and that each piece radiates a particular charm. The Artemide Empatia Parete/Soffitto LED emerged from the effort to achieve a harmonious relationship between the surface and the light. Therefore, this ceiling light excels due to the skilful use of hand-blown glass which makes it an extraordinary design object.

Designer

The Empatia Parete/Soffitto LED light was designed by Paola Di Arianello and Carlotta de Bevilacqua in 2013 for Artemide.

Empatia Parete/Soffitto LED – uniform ambient lighting

Moreover, the Empatia Parete/Soffitto LED from Artemide convinces as a lighting object that ingeniously reflects and diffuses the light in a way that nobody is dazzled and no luminance is lost. This light source by Artemide softly emits its light in all directions and thereby supplies the room with uniform ambient lighting. For this purpose, the Empatia Parete/Soffitto LED ceiling lights from Artemide are equipped with LED lamps which are known as the illuminant of the future and which offer an exemplary level of energy efficiency. You may choose between three versions of this light: the 11 W version offers a light output of about 530 lumens. This is quite impressive as this means that it outperforms a conventional 40 W incandescent lamp. The two other versions with 16 W / 709 lumens and 24 W / 1,189 lumens also stand for an excellent luminous efficacy and minimum energy consumption. A common feature of the Empatia Parete/Soffitto LED ceiling lights is the warm white light colour with a colour temperature of 3,000 Kelvin.
