Glass diffuser of Gople lamps is the result of traditional Venetian craftsmanship. For the production, white glass and crystal glass are combined during blowing. This results in the impressive color gradient and makes each Gople glass lamp unique. Silver, bronze, copper and blue finishes are created using an innovative and low-emission metal vacuum deposition process. The finished glass provides beautiful light diffusion. Tip: Use clear or gold filament lamps as illuminants to enjoy particularly impressive lighting effects.

In the Artemide Gople, a modern form and color concept meets the usual high quality and fascinating lighting effects. The central element of the lamp is its oval diffuser, which is characterized by a unique color gradient. Thus, it already represents a noble eye-catcher when switched off. If you turn on the Gople lamp, the light flows evenly through the diffuser and creates an incomparably atmospheric lighting.

Behind the design of the Artemide Gople is the Bjarke Ingels Group, or BIG for short. The architectural firm was founded in 2005 by the Danish architect Bjarke Ingels and now has offices in Copenhagen, New York, London, Barcelona and Shenzen. At BIG, numerous architects and product designers realize demanding projects in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. The architecture firm has already designed many stylish luminaires for Artemide. These include the Gople Alphabet of Light, Stellar Nebula, La Linea and Ripple.
