How does Integralis® lighting technology work?
Integralis® light technology works effectively against pathogenic microorganisms by disinfecting illuminated surfaces with light.
- In the first stage, violet components in the light, which the human eye does not perceive, kill bacteria and (mold) fungi. This does not affect your own health or that of plants or animals in the room. This is because the germ reduction is gentle and takes place in the wavelength range of 405 nm, which is completely harmless to living organisms.
- In the second stage, the technology for highly effective disinfection works with UV light. This also successfully kills viruses. Since UV light can be harmful to humans, this stage is activated only in the absence of people.
