Lighting family for an appealing living area – Artemide Logico
Lamps from the Logico series by
Artemide enrich the environment with their aesthetic appearance and the mixture of direct and reflected light. Particularly the elaborately shaped lamp shades, whose artful and natural form reminds of shapely clouds that are floating weightlessly in the air, enable the ceiling, wall, table, floor and pendant lamps to enter the premium class of design objects. The shades are made from blown glass, which gains its characteristic look by mixing it with opal-coloured salts, giving the lights a unique appeal. Prizes like the renowned red dot award speak for the visual quality of these luminous creations, which are all devised by star designer Michele De Lucchi.
An
Artemide Logico gets its fascinating effect from the blown shade made of silk-finished glass, which is made by mixing glass with evenly distributed opal-coloured salts. The lighting shining through it spreads a pleasant feel-god atmosphere – not only in the living room or bedroom. A
ceiling lamp like, for example, the
Artemide Logico Soffitto unfolds its smooth, harmonious lighting effect in the kitchen, dining room or the corridor too and additionally captivates by its highly decorative expressiveness. That makes this lamp an unobtrusive, charming eye catcher in the room – a property that is reflected throughout the whole
Logico lighting collection.
Attributes, which are echoed, for example, by the various versions of an
Artemide Logico Sospensione as well. These
pendant lamp are assembled from several lamp shades. This procedure impresses not just visually, but also shows in an increased lighting scenario. The lower edges of the shades have been cut with a diamond-edged blade and their frames are made from coated metal to ensure that the lampshades are securely attached to one another. So you don’t have to be afraid that the glasses hit each other accidentally. Well demonstrated by the multiple versions of an
Artemide Logico Sospensione. These pendant lights “glow” even when they are switched off and provide fantastic compositions of light when they are activated.
You get a nice wall decoration emitting atmospheric light when you decide on an
Artemide Logico Parete. The wall lights are available in many sizes. A small
table lamp like the Artemide Logico Mini, an impressive lamp ensemble such as the Artemide Logico Nano Sosp.
Multipla 5 or the elegant floor lamp Artemide Logico Terra stand for more worthy representatives from the big Artemide Logico family.
The collection that won several highly regarded prices like the red dot award, stems from the prestigious designer Michele De Lucchi. In 1986, the Italian created the Tolomeo (also available at light11), one of the best-known lamps at all. This luminaire made history and is probably the most-selling lamp ever.
