Design

The Artemide Tetragono bollard light was created by the founder of Artemide, Ernesto Gismondi, who made use of simple geometric shapes for this design. In this way, he gave the Tetragono a timeless elegance, by means of which the bollard light by the Italian light manufacturer Artemide blends perfectly with both modern and classic exterior design concepts.

Tetragono: weather-proof and economical

Thanks to its light that is emitted in all directions, the rectangular bollard light by Artemide presents itself as an efficient and reliable guide for the outdoor area. Manufactured from high-quality aluminium, the Tetragono has a protection degree of IP65. Accordingly, neither dust nor jets of water coming from any direction have a harmful effect on the bollard light. This means that the factory-installed, high-performance LED lamps, as well, are protected against adverse weather conditions. Which is important, as these ensure a particularly economical operation of the Artemide Tetragono. The built-in LEDs only require a fraction of the energy to achieve a luminous flux equal to a 60 watts incandescent lamp. In this way, the exterior light proves both economical and environmentally friendly.
