Just like all pieces by star designer Michele De Lucchi, the Artemide Tolomeo Terra LED Tunable White floor lamp is characterised by its functional yet appealing design. The elegant design of this floor lamp is underlined by the small, cone-shaped light head which is provided with a satin finish and therefore fascinatingly contrasts with the shiny polished design.

The Tolomeo Terra LED Tunable White was designed by Giancarlo Fassina and Michele De Lucchi in 2010 for Artemide.

Tolomeo Terra LED Tunable White – energy-efficient, adjustable LED light

In addition to the now almost legendary flexibility that is represented by the individually adjustable arms and head, the Artemide Tolomeo Terra LED Tunable White additionally offers the opportunity to adjust the light colour. The light colour of this floor lamp can be flexibly adjusted in a range between 3,000 and 10,000 Kelvin. Warm-white light with a colour temperature between 3,000 and 3,500 Kelvin is individually perceived as particularly pleasant. This is due to the high red component that has a verifiably positive effect on relaxation. On the other side of the spectrum white natural light is to be found which is considered to promote concentration. Furthermore, the LED lamps of the Artemide Tolomeo Terra LED Tunable White are particularly energy-efficient – they only require 12 watts to produce a luminous flux of 550 lumens. Thus, this design classic reduces the impact on the environment and is also good for the household budget. Additionally, the brightness of this floor lamp can be controlled by means of the integrated dimmer.
