What distance should bollard luminaires have?
To ensure that you can orient yourself safely at all times, the dark zones between the light cones should not be too large. The optimum distance depends on how high the bollard luminaires are and how large their beam angle is.
In most cases, a distance of 4 to 5 meters between two luminaires is recommended. The lower the outdoor luminaires are and the smaller their beam angle is, the shorter the distance between each lamp should be.
