How do I plan my system?
To plan your Bruck lighting system, follow these steps:
- Room analysis: First consider which areas of the room you want to illuminate – e.g. work surfaces, seating areas or decorative elements. Define where you need room light, zone light or mood light.
- Selecting the system: Decide whether you prefer a track system or individual luminaires.
- Selecting components:
- Select the appropriate tracks in the right length.
- Add end pieces, feeds and, if necessary, connectors (L-, T-, X-formats) to achieve your desired shape.
- Select the appropriate luminaires from the Bruck range – spots for targeted lighting or pendant and ceiling luminaires for general room lighting.
- Lighting control: would you like to control or dim the lighting using an app? Integrate the Casambi module for smart home functions that allows you to control the lighting mood easily and flexibly.
- Light colour and dimming: pay attention to the desired light temperature (e.g. warm white at 2,700 or 3,000 Kelvin). If necessary, use dim-to-warm technology to flexibly adjust the light according to your mood.
- Plan the installation: remember that only one power cable is needed to supply the track system. The installation effort therefore remains low. For individual luminaires, you should plan the power connections according to the luminaire position.
