The Catellani & Smith Lederam Manta S1 looks like a weightless manta ray gliding in the water, which makes it an exceptional eye-catcher. Behind the fascinating design of the pendant luminaire there is a sophisticated lighting technology: below the organically curved shade there is a flat disc which accommodates an equally flat LED module. This shines upwards, where the light is reflected back from the shade of the Lederam Manta S1 – the result is a wonderfully soft, even room light that gives every room a cosy flair.
