Design

The ClassiCon Selene pendant light black stands out for its literally clear design. the pendant light, creation of Sandra Linder from 2006, consists of a sphere of hand-blown clear glass. In this way, the Selene pendant light allows a view of the illuminant inside, which is presented like an exhibit in a display case. The lamp socket as well as the insect protection cover plate on top are made of black painted metal. The cable is covered with black fabric. The name of the pendant light by ClassiCon derives from the name of the Greek moon goddess.

The Selene Pendant Light brass was designed by Sandra Lindner for ClassiCon in 2006.

Selene pendant light black – harmonious ambient light

The stylish transparent design of the ClassiCon Selene pendant light is accompanied by soft, harmonious light in all directions, which results in a uniform basic brightness. Fitted with an E27 socket, the Selene pendant light is to be equipped with a corresponding illuminant with a maximum power consumption of 60 watts. light11 recommends using a filament LED. These type of lamps look the most similar to classic incandescent lamps, which have been taken off the market. However in comparison, they consume considerably less energy, benefiting both your wallet and the environment.
