Design

As early as 1921, Bernard-Albin designed the Lampe Gras No 303. It is a product of French industrial design and stands out for its timeless retro charm in addition to its extraordinary flexibility. At the same time, the wall light shows some high-quality workmanship and extremely robust metal surfaces. Even Le Corbusier, a famous Swiss-French architect and artist, was so impressed by the DCWéditions Lampe Gras No 303 wall light that he used it for working at his atelier. Today, the wall light by the French light manufacturer DCWéditions is sold as a re-edition. Please note that the "copper raw" version of the shade takes some time to develop a characteristic patina. At first, the surfaces are new and shiny.

Bernard-Albin Gras designed the Lampe Gras No 303 Wall light for the manufacturer DCW in 1921.

The DCWéditions Lampe Gras No 303 wall light provides a flexible and needs-oriented lighting with pleasant zone light. The arm of the luminaire can be adjusted by means of multiple joints. Furthermore, the light emitted is perfectly glare-free due to the illuminant being completely covered by the shade. Thereby, the Lampe Gras No 303 supplies harmonious reading light which is easy on the eyes and keeps your concentration on a high level. Thanks to the E14 socket, the wall light may be equipped with an 11 watts energy-saving lamp or a retrofit LED. This turns the Lampe Gras into an energy-efficient lighting solution.
