Euro plug (type C)The Europlug type C can be used in almost all European countries. Exceptions are the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus and Malta. The partially insulated pins are at a slight angle to each other, which ensures sufficient contact even with slightly different sockets. The plug, which is protected against polarity reversal, can be loaded with a maximum of 2.5 amperes and is therefore suitable for protective-insulated devices of a rather low power.

Dimmability

dimmable illuminant and external dimmerFor dimming a luminaire, you only require a dimmable illuminant and a customary external phase dimmer. Please make sure that the dimmer output power (watts) suits the illuminant’s output power. For LED illuminants, you usually need a phase dimmer with low load (max. 50/100 watts) and an On/Off function.
