Design“Wan” is the Japanese term for “bowl”. The American designer Johanna Grawunder opted for this name as the bowl is considered as the “container of life”, according to an Asian proverb. This is also reflected by the tasteful “light bowl” of the Flos Wan Spot Halo. It turns out to be a versatile lighting solution due to its precise, concentrated emission of light with a deliberately reduced design language. Its luminaire body is made of high-gloss lacquered aluminium; the polished aluminium version is provided with a protective coating in order to prevent undesired fingerprints from appearing on the material. Furthermore, versions in classic black and enamelled green are available. The two supplied retaining rings offer you the possibility to also retroactively add another nuance to the unobtrusive look of the Flos Wan Spot Halo.
