With over 20 years of experience in online retail, we offer you a 100-day right of return – far beyond the statutory revocation period. During this period, you can return items free of charge as long as they are intact, complete and in their original packaging.
There are several options for returning items: simply request a return in your customer account or use our returns form. You will receive a returns label that you can use to conveniently send the package via UPS or DHL. Alternatively, you can also hand in the goods in person at our showrooms in Lünen or Dortmund.
After checking the return, we will refund the purchase price quickly and easily.
