Lightswing® – innovative suspension system for pendant lights
Mounting pendant lights where you need light and moving them afterwards whenever you need them – this is possible with Lightswing®.
This is a ceiling track for pendant lights that allows you to design your lighting individually and flexibly – and change it at any time. Because the rail can be rotated 360° and can be moved. By moving the rail, you can easily change the position of the light at any time and thus adapt the lighting to your wishes.
The ceiling track is ideal as a decentralized lighting solution for the dining or coffee table and is designed for one or two pendant lights, depending on the version.
You can attach pendant lights with a power cable to the Lightswing®, provided they do not exceed a weight of 2.5 kg or 3.5 kg each. The minimalist ceiling track is suitable for almost all ceilings. It is self-mounting and easy to equip with hanging lights.

How does the installation work?
The Lightswing® is easy to assemble yourself. Simply follow the enclosed instructions step by step.
First, choose where you want to mount the ceiling track. This does not have to be directly at the ceiling outlet. The Lightswing® mounting ring takes care of this. If you use this, the rail hangs approx. 2.5 cm below the ceiling. This allows you to move the Lightswing® freely even if you need a cable tray. In addition, the mounting ring offers sufficient space to hide cabling.
Mount the ring at the desired location and then attach the round base plate of the Lightswing® to it. To ensure that no screws are visible later, click the cover plates of the system over the base plate of the ceiling track. This creates an even, particularly minimalist look. Once the ceiling rail is mounted, you can slide and rotate the Lightswing® as required.
Which lamps can be attached to the Lightswing®?
The Lightswing® is designed for pendant lamps. It is important that these have only one power cable and do not fall below a certain weight. Therefore, please observe the following maximum weights for the pendant lamp:
Ceiling rail 1-flame, 90 cm: max. 3,5 kg
Ceiling rail 1-flame, 110 cm: max. 2,5 kg
Ceiling rail 2-flame, 90 cm: max. 3,5 kg per lamp
Ceiling rail 2-flame, 110 cm: max. 2,5 kg per lamp
In addition, you should avoid pendant lights with integrated dimmer or transformer. This is because these are often present in the ceiling cap of the pendant itself, but the Lightswing® offers no space for mounting the ceiling cap and dimmer. With a wall dimmer, on the other hand, the Lightswing® can usually be used.
How far can I move my hanging lamp with the Lightswing®?
The Lightswing® has a wide range of movement and therefore offers you maximum flexibility in lighting. All ceiling tracks can be rotated 360°. Depending on the variant, there are further possibilities for shifting:
Ceiling track 1-flame, 90 cm: the track can be slid by 80 cm, the pendant light can be moved freely in a diameter of 160 cm
Ceiling rail 1-light, 110 cm: the rail can be slid by 93 cm, the pendant can be moved freely in a diameter of 186 cm
Ceiling rail 2-flame 90 cm: the rail can be slid by 75 cm, the pendant can be moved freely in a diameter of 150 cm
Ceiling rail 2-flame 110 cm: the rail can be slid by 90 cm, the pendant can be moved freely in a diameter of 180 cm
How do I attach my pendant lamp to the Lightswing®?
The Lightswing® comes with a so-called Quick Release. With this quick release you can attach your pendant lamp to the Lightswing®.
Slide the fastener out of the rail and loosen the strain relief screw using a screwdriver. Then remove the other screw and then pass the cable of the pendant light through it.
Now fasten the power cable of the pendant lamp in the electrical connection point of the Quick Release and screw everything tight again. Finally, push the Quick Release back into the ceiling rail.
