Design

With the Blow, the Italian light manufacturer Luceplan presents a very special ceiling light which is a source of extensive room light and practical ceiling fan in one. However, the Luceplan Blow stands out from conventional ceiling ventilator with integrated light by hiding the light source inside the opal white cone-shaped ceiling canopy made of polycarbonate. For the designer ventilator to blend into as many different interior designs as possible, it is available with differently coloured fan blades.

Blow ceiling light with ventilator for summer and winter

By means of the well-designed, slender fan blades, there are no unpleasant shadows, which is why Luceplan has applied for a patent on the design. Quite the contrary, the colourful fan blades made of transparent methacrylate let the white light pass freely while giving it a hint of colour. In this way, a fascinating play of light unfolds, which suffuses the room with a relaxing atmosphere. What is more, the motor inside the Luceplan Blow allows the fan blades to rotate in both directions. Changing the direction also changes the function of the ventilator. A clockwise rotation effects a constant downward movement of air, which has a cooling effect and feels refreshing on the skin. In the winter, when an even heating of the room is desired, the ceiling fan may rotate anticlockwise, which circulates the air and provides a pleasant room climate. For a high ease of use, the Blow can be controlled by means of an optional infrared remote control which you can find down below on this page. You may change the rotational direction with it, as well as the brightness of the light source. You may also purchase the Luceplan Blow as a variant that already includes the remote control. Ceiling lamps for a pleasant room climate

The Luceplan Blow fits with various interior designs. For instance, in the living room, the ceiling light creates a relaxing atmosphere with its softly diffused, warm-white ambient light. In this way, convivial evenings with your family and friends become a real pleasure, especially on warm days. However, the Blow by Luceplan also unfolds its enchanting effect in the bedroom, as it suffuses the room with bright, evenly distributed light for a relaxing ambience. At the same time, the integrated ceiling fan ensures a pleasant room climate. In doing so, the motor of the Luceplan Blow is almost silent with a volume of 32 decibel. Last but not least, the ceiling light also comes into its own in the study and the dining room, where pleasant lighting and cool air are equally appreciated.
