Luceplan Costanza – user-friendly classic luminaire in a timeless design
With Costanza, Paolo Rizzatto, the co-founder of Luceplan, redesigned the classic shade lamp in 1986. The hallmark of the floor, table, wall and pendant luminaires is the conical lampshade made of polycarbonate. It can be easily replaced and is suspended from only two holding points, which allows it to self-adjust. In addition, there is a slim frame made of aluminum or brass. The Costanza family includes the big sister Grande Costanza as well as Lady Costanza with its sweeping curved arm. Available as a separate collection is the little sister Costanzina.
Costanza emits soft zone light downwards, and in many models some light also escapes upwards, combining direct with indirect light. The majority of the luminaires are
height-adjustable
and can thus be adapted to your individual needs. You can also visually match the luminaire to your interior because the screen-printed shade is available in numerous colors: The spectrum ranges from plain white to delicate pastel shades to strong hues such as red or blue.Costanza floor lamps – combined zone and ambient light
The Costanza floor lamps are the heart of the product family. For the most part, they have an extendable telescopic rod that allows you to infinitely adjust the height of the luminaire and thus the size of the light cone according to your needs. The floor lamps with dimmer or switch offer soft zone light downwards. This predestines them for use as reading lamps when placed next to the sofa or armchair. At the same time, some light escapes through the shade in all directions as well as up through the shade opening. In this way, the lamp contributes to soft room lighting, for example, in the living room or bedroom.
