Design

The extraordinarily flexible Moove 42 from Lumina bears its name ("moove" is inspired by the word "move") for good reasons. This pendant light from Lumina turns out to be particularly adaptable and agile due to its intelligent construction. The Lumina Moove 42 with decentralisation kit is available in four different colours which allows it to flexibly adapt to different interior design styles. Its lampshades are made of steel and a high-quality aluminium mesh. The Lumina Moove, here with a shade diameter of 42.5 cm, is a creation by Francesco Brambilla. His aim was to find a solution for lamp outlets located in an unfavourable place which still is convincing in terms of the visual appearance.

Francesco Brambilla designed the Moove 42 with decentralisation kit Dining table lamps in 2009 for the manufacturer Lumina.

Moove 42 pendant lights: versatile, adaptable lights

Thanks to the special form of the lampshade, the Lumina Moove 42 with decentralisation kit provides light directly emitted downwards as well as a softly diffuse illumination within the room. Furthermore, this pendant light offers its user the highest level of comfort. Just like the trolley of a crane, it moves along its cantilever arm and supplies light wherever it is required. This can be realised as the pendant lamp can be continuously moved along the 125 cm long track. Moreover, the entire ceiling construction can be rotated by 350 degrees so that this light source can be turned in any direction. At the same time, this pendant lamp can be adjusted in height with 195 cm being the maximum height. light11 recommends equipping the Moove 42 with a halogen lamp. These lamps are particularly appreciated due to their brilliant colour rendering. Alternatively, it is also possible to equip this light with an LED retrofit.

Pendant lamps for harmonious light in the dining room and the living room

Particularly in rooms in which the ceiling outlet is not directly located above the dining table or the coffee table, the Lumina Moove 42 turns out to be the ideal solution. Owing to its exemplary flexibility, it simply follows the object to be illuminated and, for instance, suffuses a dining table with atmospheric zone lighting. Furthermore, this pendant lamp also quickly finds the central point above extendable tables. The pleasant lighting provided by the Moove 42 also cuts a great figure above the coffee table in the living room where it creates an ambience that makes you want to sit back and relax.
