Design

The round diffuser made of hand-blown glass sits on a painted metal socle as if it sat on a throne. The Marchetti Lumi table lamp is not only a light source, but also a decorative living accessory. However, the creation of the Italian designer Roberto Giacomucci is by no means intrusive. Instead, it captures the viewer with its subtle, purist charm.

Lumi: soft mood light

The Marchetti Lumi emits its light evenly in all directions. The white satin-finished diffuser made of hand-blown glass not only provides for a particularly harmonious light emission, but also softens the light emitted and thereby eliminates glare. In order to operate, the Lumi table lamp requires an illuminant with an E14 base. light11 recommends using a halogen lamp, as these lamps are known for their warm-white light and brilliant colour rendering. The latter of which is responsible for natural, colour-accurate lighting. Alternatively, you may equip the Marchetti Lumi with an LED filament lamp, which can be found under the tab "Alternative Lamps" down below on this page.

Lumi table lamps for the living room and bedroom

Thanks to its practical, small size, the Marchetti Lumi can be used in many places. You may place it, for instance, on a side table or a sideboard in the living room, where the table lamp provides for a cosy ambience with its pleasant mood light.
