Design

"What could be hidden behind those rings?" wonders the viewer at the sight of this mysterious design. The lampshade of the Marchetti Pura S60 pendant light consists of three interwoven metal rings that completely block the sight to the illuminant in their centre. It is manufactured on site by the Italian manufacturer Marchetti. Furthermore, the Pura S60 pendant light is available in several variants with different metal finishes on the inside and black or white painted finishes on the outside. In this way, the pendant light by Marchetti fits into a variety of different interior designs and always makes a decorative statement.

Pura S60 pendant light: glare-free ambient light and zone light

The three rings surrounding the illuminant in the centre of the Marchetti Pura S60 pendant light reflect the emitted light upwards and downwards to prevent glare. In this way, the area underneath the pendant light is provided with bright zone light while the upwards-directed light is reflected by the ceiling into the room which results in soft ambient lighting. The light of the Pura S60 is produced by three lamps with an E27 base. Here, light11 recommends using halogen lamps for their warm-white light with a brilliant colour rendering.
