Design

With the Bicoca, Marset, the Spanish trendsetter in the area of portable lighting, presents their latest battery-operated lamp. It was designed by Christophe Mathieu and is characterised by a compact, straight design. The body and shade of the portable table lamp are made of polycarbonate and are available in a variety of stylish, modern colours. In this way, the Marset Bicoca serves as a tasteful, decorative light source that follows you anywhere you like. Especially in combination with the corresponding accessory – a textile strip with a magnetic holder, by means of which you can securely place the Bicoca on the armrest of a couch or armchair.

Bicoca: light wherever you need

The Marset Bicoca supplies softly diffused mood light, which can be directed in the desired direction thanks to the tilting lampshade. In doing so, the table lamp operates independently of a power outlet. Once it is fully charged using a USB cable, which takes a maximum of 10 hours, it offers 20 hours of warm white light on the lowest light level. On the highest level, it still lasts up to five hours. The Marset Bicoca is provided with an integrated three-step dimmer, which allows you to adjust the brightness to your personal needs by simply pushing the button on the luminaire body.

Bicoca – table lamps for cosy light at the couch or the bed

Thanks to its integrated battery, the Marset Bicoca follows you wherever you go. You may, for instance, place it on a side table in the living room, where the table lamp contributes to an atmospheric lighting. Furthermore, the Bicoca proves just as effective when used as a bedside table lamp that provides you with pleasant reading light. What is more, you can also take the table lamp by Marset outside to spend a cosy evening on the terrace or the balcony. However, do not forget to take the Bicoca back inside with you, as it is not protected against rain and cold.
