Design

The Marset Pleat Box 13 pendant light impresses with an optical illusion. Due to its textile appearance, which is underlined by the pleated look, the observer believes to see a fabric lampshade. In fact, this designer lamp is made of fine ceramic. The inside is white lacquered or refined with a layer of 18-carat gold – which further enhances the high quality of the Pleat Box 13 pendant light. Available is this Marset pendant, a creation of Studio Mashallah and Xavier Mañosa, in many tasteful colours such as terracotta.

Designer

The design of the Pleat Box 13 Pendant light was penned by Mashallah and Xavier Mañosa who created the Pendant lights in 2011 for the manufacturer Marset.

Pleat Box 13 pendant light – soft downward zone light

The Marset Pleat Box 13 pendant light spoils its surroundings not only with an expressive design, but also with high-quality lighting. The light that radiates downwards is slightly different depending on the model. The version with white lacquered interior provides soft, glare-free zone lighting. The version of the Pleat Box 13 pendant light made of 18-carat gold creates a particularly warm, cosy light. The pendant lamp is supplied without lamps. light11 recommends fitting the E27 socket with halogen lamps. These are highly valued for their warm white light and authentic colour rendering.
