Design

The Warnemünde surface-mounted luminaire LED, made by the Brandenburg-based light manufacturer Mawa, impresses with its sleek as well as elegant design. This makes this surface-mounted ceiling light a definite tip, especially for those who appreciate a discreet appearance. In line with this, the Mawa Warnemünde surface-mounted luminaire LED presents itself in tasteful and at the same time unobtrusive surface finishes. It is manufactured from high-quality aluminium and metal, its light opening is covered by a satin-finished diffuser. Furthermore, the mounting concept is quite clever: thanks to a patented O-ring lock, the housing of the Warnemünde surface-mounted luminaire LED requires no visible screws, which gives it a particularly noble aura. Please note that this is the surface-mounted version. You can find a recessed version in the light11 shop.

Warnemünde surface-mounted luminaire LED – soft downwards-directed light

The Mawa Warnemünde surface-mounted luminaire LED emits soft light in an angle of 90° downwards. It owes its pleasant lighting effect to a satin-finished diffuser which softens the emitted light and thus eliminates glare. Furthermore, the ceiling light scores points with a modern integrated LED module which supplies significantly more light than a conventional 60 watts incandescent lamp while consuming only a fraction of the energy. Thereby, you save money on electricity and at the same time relieve the strain on our environment. The light intensity of the Mawa Warnemünde surface-mounted luminaire LED can be individually adjusted by means of an external dimmer.

According to protection class IP54, the Warnemünde surface-mounted luminaire can also be used in wet areas, such as bathrooms.
