What characterizes modern luminaires?
Contrary to what is often assumed, "modern" is not synonymous with "trendy". Rather, modern describes a timeless, puristic style of living in which functional, reduced designs are in the foreground. The design language is mostly plain and simple, typical are flat and filigree as well as geometric and linear light fixtures.
These are joined by monochrome designs. Popular colors in the modern interior style are black and white as well as silver and gold. As a material, a lot of glass and metal are used, which gives the modern lamps a noble touch.
A large part of our modern designer lamps are also characterized by innovative LED technology – but this is not a necessary criterion. With many lights, the light can be dimmed or the light color can be adjusted. A convenient operation allows some lights the gesture control or smart control.
