Design

The Serien Lighting Zoom pendant light impresses by its transformability. This pendant light is a lattice construction that is closed to form a circle. Here, the diameter of the circle can be adjusted continuously between 20 cm and 1.30 m. The Zoom is made of brushed stainless steel that is coated with a transparent plastic material. Optionally, the pendant light from Serien Lighting can be equipped with crystal glass hangers which make this modern light source look like a classic chandelier. Not for nothing was this pendant light honoured with the Red Dot Award and the Focus Open Award.

The Zoom pendant light Chandeliers was designed by Floyd Paxton in 2001 for Serien Lighting.

Zoom pendant lights: brilliant zone lighting and ambient lighting

Depending on the adjustment of the lattice construction, the Serien Lighting Zoom pendant light either supplies zone lighting directed upwards and downwards or comprehensive ambient lighting. This way, the area below it is pleasantly illuminated while the rest of the room is suffused with warm-white light. For this purpose, the Zoom light makes use of low-voltage halogen technology. The pendant light from Serien Lighting can be equipped with 20 G4 halogen lamps that are known for their brilliant light with an excellent colour rendering.
