Prepayment with discount
- Dispatch only after receipt of payment
We grant a 2 % discount and a 5 % discount for orders over 1,000 €. Please transfer the amount after receiving our prepayment request. We will send this to you by e-mail. Please include your name and order number with the transfer.
The goods in stock will be dispatched immediately after receipt of your payment on our account. You will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. If the goods are not available from stock, they will be ordered directly after receipt of your payment by the supplier and shipped to you immediately after arrival in our warehouse.
Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that goods in stock will be dispatched on the same day for real-time bank transfers received after 12:00.

PayPal
- Shipping Immediately
Payment with PayPal is possible up to an order value of 1.500 €. PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay for your purchases securely, easily and quickly.

We accept Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA Card, American Express and Diners Club. If your credit card has been registered for Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode by the card issuing bank, the associated authentication process will be carried out.
Your credit card information is transmitted encrypted with SSL and treated with strict confidentiality. This means that your data is safe with us and does not end up "in the hands of strangers".
The dispatch of the deliverable goods takes place immediately after acceptance of your credit card payment.
The credit card company will be instructed to debit the entire invoice amount from your credit card account after conclusion of the contract.
Amazon Pay
- Shipment Immediately
If you have an Amazon customer account, you can easily log in with your Amazon log-in details and place your order with light11. You can already select Amazon Pay in the shopping basket or when you log in. If you select Amazon Pay, registration with light11 is not required. The payment and shipping information is transferred securely from your Amazon customer account. The total invoice amount will be collected after you have completed your order.
If you already have a customer account with us, you can select Amazon Pay as usual during payment. You will also need an Amazon customer account for this.
Tax in EU countries
All prices are for shipping within the EU and include the applicable VAT rate for the country in question.
For orders with an invoice address in one of the aforementioned countries but a delivery address in Germany or collection of the order from our warehouse, German VAT of 19% will be charged.
