For a smooth return process, please follow the steps described below if you wish to return goods. Please note, however, that following the steps is not a prerequisite for asserting your rights. To use the light11 returns service, please proceed as follows:
- Request your return in your customer account. Under "Orders", find the order with the item you wish to return. Click on "View order details" and then on "Complaints and returns". Fill in the relevant fields and click on "Submit return".
If you are not using a customer account, please use this link. Alternatively, you can use our return form. - You will receive your return label by e-mail shortly. If you have not received the e-mail, please contact our customer service.
- Print out the label and attach it to the parcel.
- Hand in your parcel at a UPS shipping point or a DHL station near you.
Note: If you are returning your goods to us outside the EU, please bear in mind that the customs authorities require a copy of the original invoice. Please enclose this with the consignment.
As soon as we receive and check your return, we will refund the purchase price of the goods. To do this, we need your bank details, which you can enter on the return form.
We would be pleased if you could tell us the reasons for your return in order to further optimise our offer and our service. Giving reasons is of course completely voluntary and not a prerequisite for asserting your rights.
