How can I redeem my voucher?
Goods and discount vouchers from light11 can be redeemed during the order process. You will find the input field for your voucher code in the shopping basket. First select your desired items and place them in the shopping basket. Next to the list of items, you now have the opportunity to enter the code (see illustration opposite). Confirm your entry with "Redeem voucher". When you copy your voucher code into the input field, please make sure that there are no superfluous spaces. After entering the voucher code, the amount will be immediately deducted from the total amount of your order.
Special features when redeeming vouchers
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed once. Once the order has been completed, they lose their validity.
- A voucher can only be redeemed before the order is completed.
- A subsequent credit note is unfortunately not possible.
- Vouchers can have a minimum value and a validity period. Both pieces of information can be found where you received the voucher.
- Vouchers may be linked to certain brands or promotions. This information is also listed where applicable.
