Design

This variant of the Veli by Slamp is an homage to the French high art of dressmaking –haute couture– which is generally associated with luxurious fabrics and artful designs. The Slamp Veli Couture table lamp imitates the captivating appearance of these artistically exacting creations of fabric in a mesmerising way. This is achieved by skilled craftsmanship, in which curved elements of silky shimmering Opalflex® are put together by hand. Opalflex® is a modern synthetic material made of a mixture of special polymers and additives, which has been developed and patented by Slamp after years of intensive research.

Veli Couture table lamp – self-staging mood light

The Slamp Veli Couture table lamp supplies pleasant light harmoniously in all directions. The special material, Opalflex®, refracts the light and distributes it evenly in the surrounding area, which results in cosy, completely glare-free mood light. At the same time, the table lamp shines in its own light, making it look like a glowing gem. To do so, the Slamp Veli Couture requires an illuminant with an E14 base. light11 recommends equipping it with an LED filament/retrofit lamp, as this type of illuminants is characterised by high energy-efficiency while maintaining the classic light bulb look. As usual, Slamp has fitted the Veli Couture with a practical magnetic bracket for an easy, user-friendly assembly.

Wherever the Slamp Veli Couture table lamp is set up, it provides for a cosy atmosphere, while contributing to the decoration of the room at the same time.
