Design

The Top Light Puk Maxx Turn up- & downlight is a high-quality designer light made in Germany. It was conceived by the German designer Rolf Ziel, who gave it a discreet and unobtrusive look, which can be modified by the customer as the Puk Maxx Turn is a modular ceiling light. The case as well as the optional colour filters, glasses and lenses are individually selectable. You decide whether you want your Top Light Puk Maxx Turn up- & downlight to have a glossy chrome finish or a matte nickel finish.

The light is a piece by Rolf Ziel created for the manufacturer Top Light.

Puk Maxx Turn up- & downlight – adjustable zone lighting

Not only is the outer appearance of the Top Light Puk Maxx Turn up- & downlight customisable but also its lighting effect. The bottom light-emission aperture may be equipped with matte glass, a clear or matte lens or a plate made of aluminium. The latter effects that the light of the Puk Maxx Turn is only emitted upwards as the case is covered with a glass plate on top. If you decide to equip the bottom aperture with matte glass, the light emitted is soft and diffused. The clear lens bundles the light while the matte lens bundles and softens the light at the same time. Furthermore, there are several colour filters which add touch of colour to the light emitted. In addition, the lamp head may be rotated so that the light is always where it is needed. The Top Light Puk Maxx Turn up- & downlight is equipped with two G9 sockets, illuminants are not included in the scope of delivery. light11 recommends using halogen lamps for an authentic lighting. If desired, you can connect the ceiling light to a leading-edge dimmer in order to adjust the brightness to fit your personal needs.

Ceiling lights for the living room, the bedroom and the hallway

The Top Light Puk Maxx Turn up- & downlight is extremely well-suited for highlighting certain objects. Thanks to the flexibility of the lamp head, the light may be directed exactly to the area where an accentuating lighting is desired. For example a cupboard in the living room benefits greatly from a targeted lighting by the Puk Maxx Turn and thereby becomes the centre of attention. However, also pictures in the hallway or a chest of drawers or a sideboard in the bedroom are put in the limelight by this ceiling light.
